I've had similar issues, my favorite is when you attack one npc and the other windfall dodges it canceling your hit and slowing you.

Another solution is to just not play. I'm tired of facing unbeatable spam decks in pvp and out in the world. Besides the moment you transistion zones you become online again.

Ok so remove the weight variable, then it stacks. 10% 15% 25% 40% Of attack moves stamina. They could also reduce damage of gold chained attacks instead.
