Rollback the I-Frames of the dodge. I thought we learned from 1.06 how bad it is to let people mash dodge and get away for free. agreed. Manual dodge is so broken in its current state.

i like the speed change now after now liking it at first, but there are some serious balance issues with certain powers and also manual dodge. If EQ spam and manual dodge were tweaked i'd be pretty content with the rest.
