New equipment and move progress gone

Recently used a majority of my shards to buy the Rippa warrior set, and now that I log back in it is all gone.

despite that I went to continue to learn some new moves and styles and noticed that the progress I made yesterday was gone as well.

    Please email us at support_pc (at) sloclap (dot) com with a zipped copy of your save file. It will help us to investigate and resolve this issue.

    For the time being, please don't purchase any items from the Store or open any Rift Coins/Disks so as not to waste any Fragments you're earning until this is resolved.

    Will there be any kind of compensation or refund for this happening?

    while the grind for shards is enjoyable, i do not know if it is worth doing again.

    Hi all,

    Patch 1.25 that went out contains information on compensation for the issues that were resolved over the weekend.
