There are no NPC mentors in the game other than Stagger school mentor. If you want to learn Khalt, Forsaken or Windfall style, look for a player created school, and join it.
? I think there is only one npc mentor, all others are players. Look under recent encounters it will show you what schools people are in there should be a triangle next to their name if they're in a school. empty triangle =student, half-full=disciple/black belt, and full means mentor. you should b able to join any you see.
