Lost a ton of equipment.

I've been playing the new Downfall expansion and I was saving up all of my essence and shards for new stuff. I bought the entire Tear Tyrant set (excluding the mask) and bought/opened 13 Rift Disks on Saturday September 29 (I think). The next day I log in and all of the Tear Tyrant set is gone, and all of the things I got out of the Rift Disks were also gone, it's a really big bummer. I tried sending an email to support_pc@sloclap.com but I have yet to get a reply. I want to know if the problem has been fixed, and if there is any way I could receive compensation for the lost items?

  • I guess they don't care enough to actually fix it, I logged in and none of my stuff returned and it looks like I lost more. All they did was supposedly patch the issue and everyone has to deal with losing all their stuff. Getting really sick of these dev teams nowadays..
  • so I logged in today and was reimbursed with gems and fragments. I had to email the support with a zip of my save game.

    I tried emailing them days ago and still have yet to receive a response. :(
