I can't connect to server to play online PC

I launch my game from the steam library but when I try to connect to the servers I get a retry message..

I am having trouble connecting too. Is it because I live in South Africa?

And before anyone thinks so, yes we do have internet here :P I play other games online.

Fun fact, I still can't get online. This is ridiculous. Quite a few updates in and I still can't play online on PC.
