Highly anticipated...Highly upset!

Hello I pre ordered Absolver and have playing it since it came out. Since i first saw the trailer for this new exciting game I was anticipating great things and so far you I am impressed, a few bugs, and bad camera angles aside Absolver has been an excellent experience. This experience has now been ruined tho, due to your severs crashing non stop and corrupting my save data. Nine hours of gameplay taken away forced from level 60 to 0, combat trial rank 22 back to 0. Never have i experienced such problems on an online game to the point that i want my money back, but i know i wont get it back, neither will anyone else who experienced this problem, so my question is how will you handle this?

We've been hard at work since Launch Day to resolve these issues for the playerbase, as seen in our patches. We'll continue to work to improve the player experience in all areas.

damn, even though you didn't lost as much as some ppl, i feel bad for you..just as much as i feel bad for myself, i preordered this game and i love it, but i haven't really been able to play it since launch because of lag an rubberband, won't get my money back and won't be playing this highly anticipated game later..
