I accidentally deleted my lvl 58 char
so i was trying to delete my lvl 1 character by clicking it in the load screen and pressing delete and it deleted my main. Is there anyway i can get it back or am i gonna have to start over. also i started over once already and my power cut out mid playing and the new character was deleted when i got back on.

The only copies of your characters are stored on your computer unless you manually save a copy in another folder. If you delete your character, you remove it from your computer. Unless you see the -1 version in your save folder for some reason, it can't be returned.
