Are we gonna get our items back or at least some kind of compensation ? (gear vanished bug)

I have lost the equivalent of like 8000 essences, 25 fragments and 3 hours fightings lost prospects to get their gear.
This happened to a lot of people too so I wanna know if we can hope to get it back or at least that we will get something equivalent in compensation ? like what we losed plus something else as an excuse ? It worries me a lot.

    Ya I lost like 2000 rift coins and 2000 crystals, and an ungodly amount of fragments, I bought everything in the shop but 4 of the last masks on the page...was saving up for a while before update.
