Windfall?

I saw in the patch notes today that Windfalls "Avoid" is now a minimum of 14 frames, and said that its' effect is more consistent and Shorter. I don't really know what the frame data was before the patch though, So I was wondering if this is more of a buff or a nerf?

    Hi xXNoraXx,

    All together it's a little of both. It's more consistent which means it will happen more (overall buff) but the effect doesn't last as long (overall nerf).

    At the end of the day, being able to use it consistently will make Windfall much more enjoyable and competitive in regards to its style ability.
