Small Bonus for Matching Equipment

I wouldn't want it to be anything huge that would destroy player creativity, but I think it would be cool to see small bonuses for matching equipment pieces. It wouldn't have to be exact either, I was thinking more 'regional' such as equipment specifically from The Tear. Heck, you could even have equipment flagged as 'universal' that doesn't belong to a specific region that passively adopts whatever small bonus is being given by the other gear.

Just some thoughts.
