Pre order Bonus is missing

So this is my first time doing this type of forum stuff. But I recently got on Absolver on May 19 and I couldn't find any of my pre order clothes. Not the pants, the mask or the armor for it. It was honestly my favorite armor since it had great colors especially the mask. I don't know if anyone is having the same issue but I hope that someone can help me through this.

    Is this email for the pc version of the game? Because I have the PS4 version of it, would that change the email in any sort of way or can I use the same one?
