Speedhack or a very weird lagg?

Found this guy a moment ago. i fought a lot of laggers but he seems different to them all.
-very fast moves without gold link
-faster animations

    looks like animation trying to overtake delayed move

    might be but why arent the animations doing that usually when someone laggs?

    Hey methamos,

    This looks to be a lag issue that may have slowed them down, then things sped up to catch them up to normal. It's difficult to tell. If you run into more of it, let us know.

    may its a lagg combined with a bug yeah xD. i havent met others yet :/
