Can't open the game

After launching Absolver, I am greeted with the attached message following all of the introduction credit mumbo jumbo--then the game crashes. Any idea of how to fix this would be very much appreciated. Thanks!

    I've tried restarting my computer and verifying the integrity of the game files, but still nothing.

    It might help as well if you attach a dxdiag to the email as well as the image you've provided here, and you can get one by following these steps:

    Taskbar Search> dxdiag> Run command> Save all info> Save as .txt

    The team will hopefully be able to investigate and find out what's causing the issue for you with that information.
