No points bug (massive bug)

Whenever I upgrade my level I don't a coin (points) that you would normally get to upgrade your strenght, stamina etc, I already upgraded my level five times and nothing... It would be very unfair to compete with players that have five extra points than me.
Please, fix this.

    That's not something I've seen before. What level are you? Can you include a picture of your level and the points you have in your stats currently please?

    Nevermind, I friend of mine said that when you reset your level you do not gain points anymore, sorry for dumb report.
