Fight deck bug

This happens at random but sometimes when im fighting pve or pvp in the ruins of adal a bug ensues and i cant use my fight deck unable to parry or anything mid fight, can only block my way out or try to run happens very rarely though just ask if yall can look into it thank you, and I love this game dedicated absolver.

    Hey there GUYBEN, I'm sorry to hear of this. Could you let me know what platform you're on please? Additionally, when your abilities and such lock down, may I ask if they return upon entering a new area, or are they locked out until you restart the game?

    No problem absolutely, I play on ps4 and no not when I entered a new area all i did to fix it was switch out my decks real quick and it was fine
