Combat Trials failed loading, being stuck for 10 minutes

Sometimes I'm getting stuck while trying to load into Combat Trials duel. Last time I found an opponent in ~10 seconds and then waited for a duel to load ~9 minutes, just to fail in the end.

    Happened again, now I was stuck in loading for almost exactly 5 minutes. Given duels can be as fast as 3 minutes and queue usually takes no longer than 30 seconds I think there should be some way shorter timeout, like e.g. 3 minutes, for players to load, because spending 10 minutes in a queue and then 3 in a duel does not sound like fun.

    Happened again, waited - loading for 5 minutes and then failed to start a duel.
