[steam 1.08] unable to right click on some equipment to salvage

Steps to reproduction:

1. launch game
1. hit "continue" to load your save file
1. open menu
1. go to equipment
1. select "elbow" category
1. sort by weight
1. scroll down (I have about 2 pages of items, page height fits 3.5 items)
1. try to right click on any items from last two rows

Expected result: context menu appears allowing you to salvage highlighted item

Actual result: right mouse button is ignored - no feedback whatsoever

Additional notes: sometimes right mouse doesn't work for any item in the list. I have a feeling that UI scrolling itself is screwed up.

I have to add that the sort button doesn't work properly, I have to press the button from the higher half of it and otherwise the game seems to think that I''m trying to press my items instead of trying to sort them. Each button leads to a different item.

It also seems to be that the scrolling mechanic might be the thing guilty for this. I'm not sure but I think that should be looked at.

Same issue

It appears if you have a lot of items, any single time your char "resets"(after loading game, respawning after death, returning from combat trials), you can only call said menu(right click on item) only on those items where you opened your equipment menu(e.g. no scrolling up\down). If you scroll up\down, you won't be able to call the item property menu. Switching to another category of items(e.g. if you were in shoulder slot menu, and then go to gloves menu), doesn't help - in fact, you won't be able to call the menu again.
