Stuck in some kind of photo mode?

Will post a steam screenshot bellow but my game wont leave the cinematic photo mode ? I asked my friend if he had it on and he doesnt. I just installed the game having fun so far but would like these black lines on the top and bottom removed.

My hp and other parts of the hud are sitting on the black lines and its a bit annoying, any way to remove or should I reinstall ? My native screen resolution is 1280x1024, just thought I would mention.

    Hey there, skesoul, I'm sorry to see this! In order to have this looked at and see if we can get rid of those bars for you, would you be able to send an email to support_pc@sloclap.com please?

    Noting your resolution is excellent, as this might come in handy, so please make sure to include this in the email, as well as the screenshot.

    Additionally, would you also be able to include a dxdiag file as a .txt? You can access one by typing dxdiag into your search bar, running the program, and then saving the info. Please make sure to attach that to the email too.

    No problem, sorry for the late response. Done as requested hope it helps and dont worry this did not affect my gameplay experience.
