PC Framerate capping at 30 fps

I am having an issue with the frame rate capping out at 30 fps if I set the resolution to 1920x1080 or higher. If I run at 1600x900 I get a solid 60 fps, but if I go beyond that its like it set a cap at 30 fps. I have a GTX 1070 and have no issues getting 60 fps at 1920x1080 or even 4k on other games, so I'm not real sure why this game is causing me issues. I'm fairly new to PC gaming in general so I appreciate any advice.

    We're sorry you ran into this issue. We're currently focused on making sure the server connection and lag issues are resolved but we'll look into this as soon as possible.
