i have a suggestion on this subject. Each time a character gains a level allow it to relocate one and only one character point. that should be non cummulative so if you continue gaining levels still have this one point to relocate until you use it and regain it on the next level up. Thus attribute tuning will be a progressive thing. Id hate to see a hard retcon where a character obtains all his 60 attribute points to assign again.

This is a good idea. Only though training should we be allowed to change.
