All Save games lost

As the title says all my save games are gone when I logged on today, all three of them, and one of have characters was 180-200ish combat trial level, a bunch of masks and all my cool armors are gone, is there anyway you guys can help? D:

    Hey there Fang, I'm terribly sorry to hear about this. Would you be able to send an email to the support team (support_pc@sloclap.com or support_ps4@sloclap.com depending on platform) which as much information as you can provide?

    Any information relevant to it would be incredibly useful, such as which version of the game you're running, what happened before everything was lost and anything else you can think of.
