Map Select For Combat Trials

We should be able to enable/disable which maps we want to fight on in combat trials. The options to do so would be in a separate tab in the combat trial menu. Alongside any other matchmaking settings that could later be implemented. It would work similar to how you can disable certain stages for random select in Smash Bros.
