• null I was able to play offline by disconecting the ps4 from the internet, then open the game until the menu, then turn on the offline setting, then reconnect to internet.

• Im also havinh the same problem, im also from uae. Just disconnect from the internet, theb open the game, then go to option and turn on play offline, then starr the game, while you are playing you can switch the internet back on, but still cant…
