Lost all my Items

I everyone, like many others, I lost all my stuff after a training session.
I'm on GoG, my PC run perfectly the game.

    same, I loaded today in the afternoon and everything I gathered/buyed/dyed vanished. Its rly annoying because it was 4 hours farming + more than 8000 essences and 25 christals...

    for informations, I am playing on pc and I got far more than the minimum requirements, from belgium (eu west server I guess), I stopped playing at 4 am and reloaded at 4:30 pm and it was all gone. Idk if someone can do anything ? or at least make sure this bug will be corrected because its rly frustrating.

    Please email us at support_pc (at) sloclap (dot) com with a zipped copy of your save file. This will help us resolve the issue.

    For the time being, please don't purchase any items from the Store or open any Rift Coins/Disks so as not to waste any Fragments you're earning until this is resolved.

    This problem it's probably caused by server issues, I mean Sloclap don't have auto-kicker for players when they are adding some actualization. Exp,gleam, or pvp lvl stays on place but server don't accept items that you have gathered while you was on playing different patch. PLS ADD THIS AUTO-KICKER OR SOME KIND OF CHECKING VERSION OF THE GAME.

    On another hand I have problems with learning school style, exp by blocking sometimes don't goes in. I farmed with my friend all progress, it reached full but than it's stops, even when I defeated him, exp returns to starting position.

    Party problem- auto-destroying group when somebody dies, it's so much anoying when you would like to play with friend. You have to click on him everytime to create group, please fix it, not much work but it will help for party players.

    Flying drops - when npc or you die from falling, your drop stays in air, not big problem but anoying.

    Dungeons- when somebody had internet problems and he was kicked from party he can't rejoin and 2 people have to do dungeons for 3 members ( it's not hard but also ANOYING).

    First time on forum so I don't know if i had to do new articule for that but I hope you will anyway reach to that. I hope i helped, game is awesome but it need's basic fixes and more GREAT CONTENT AS DOWNFALL for some PvE/Pvp for having fun with friends.

    We're currently investigating on various issues including attacks not being learned when the XP wheel is complete.
