Seems like this is going around. For me, I wasn't able to do anything with my school prior to be shutting my game off. Restarted game and all the things I've gotten from my last session
same, I loaded today in the afternoon and everything I gathered/buyed/dyed vanished. Its rly annoying because it was 4 hours farming + more than 8000 essences and 25 christals...
for informations, I am playing on pc and I got far more than the minimum requirements, from belgium (eu west server I guess), I stopped playing at 4 am and reloaded at 4:30 pm and it was all gone. Idk if someone can do anything ? or at least make sure this bug will be corrected because its rly frustrating.
If you are losing items from your inventory, please email us at support_pc (at) sloclap (dot) com with a zipped copy of your save file. This will help us resolve the issue.
For the time being, please don't purchase any items from the Store or open any Rift Coins/Disks so as not to waste any Fragments you're earning until this is resolved.
