Some of my gear disappeared

I was gathering the tear tyrant set and already had gloves, shoulders and belt. But when i bought tyrant shoes and equipped then all other tyrant gear i had vanished. I didnt get any essence or any sort of compensation. only piece of the set i had left were the shoes.
After restarting the game even the shoes were gone.
Is there a way to get those gear back without having to farm all the essence again?
This happened 29th September 2018 on pc.

  • Same here, 3 hours Gameplay lost. And the best thing is, that I cant get it back. Like the sword from that double boss.
  • same, I loaded today in the afternoon and everything I gathered/buyed/dyed vanished. Its rly annoying because it was 4 hours farming + more than 8000 essences and 25 christals...

    for informations, I am playing on pc and I got far more than the minimum requirements, from belgium (eu west server I guess), I stopped playing at 4 am and reloaded at 4:30 pm and it was all gone. Idk if someone can do anything ? or at least make sure this bug will be corrected because its rly frustrating.
  • Yes this has happened to me too. i rpeorted it on the bug reports but i'm too afraid to play or spend any thing if its just gonna vanish again
  • This also happened to me, i had been playing and grinding for 6 hours and next time i logged on literally all my progess/dyes/items/crystals/etc. had been lost with no compensation or trace. Entirely killed my desire to continue playing this game if this is whats gonna happen.
  • It happened to me twice, the problem seems to be the game updates from yesterday and today. I made backups of my savegame-files after it happened the first time yesterday. Every time I put my the backup-flies in the folder and start the game the new item disappear.
