Uhhh i just lost a decent chunk of equipment and currency

I was dyeing some objects and playing around with some fashion and all of sudden everything reversed i lost about 3000 in game currency. Turned the game off and tried again tried to finish out and lost another 300. this is kind of not okay is there anyway to recover my stuff or at least get my currency back.

    Can you answer some additional questions to clear thing up, please?

    - Which platform you're using playing the game (Steam/GoG/PS4)?
    - When did it happen the first time?
    - In which region are you located/playing from?
    - Have you tried checking file integrity and/or reinstalling the game?

    I appreciate the response I was playing on steam. This happened right after an update around 12pm est/NA. I figured okay maybe the update reset something attempted to recustomize with my remaining items as soon as I finished and backed out all my items reversed on any changes made to them. But items that recycled stayed gone and my currency balance did not refund tried a reset after that to hopefully get some stuff back. I haven't done anything since the issue started kinda scared to lose anything else but I can try a fresh install tommorow.

    Is this issue fixed? am i going to be given back any currency or my equipment? I did email as noted in your last communication I've seen a few users receive compensation i haven't received an email back yet

    Hi all,

    The patch notes for 1.25 are up and contain information about compensation for the issue that was resolved over the weekend as well as points out one unresolved issue that will be fixed in 1.26. Please make sure your game is fully patched through to 1.25 before playing.
