When are Staff-weapons coming?

Hey guys!
Is there any infomation on when they will release the staff-weapons?
I know theres a lot to do with bug fixing etc. but i'm REALLY hyped. I mean there are some pics which show how they might look, but is there any further information on release times?

    We would love to add more weapons in the future but we don't have any details on that right now.

    I guess I assumed that this was something that was in the works, as the staff weapon appears in some of the advertising media, and in the game info screen picture on the PS4.

    There really shouldn't be so much advertising showing the staff weapon, very misleading. It would certainly be my weapon of choice if it was in the game. Is it actually a planned feature?

    I agree that considering its been shown to us, solclap should at least confirm that it will happen eventually. if they didnt want us to expect staff weapons they should of never showed them to us.

    IDK how you don't read this as "yeah, and not just staff weapons, but we don't want to commit any deadlines or whatever yet. If time and resources allows it, it will be done."

    "if time and resources allows it" ? they should of had already established internally that they would have the time and recourses necessary in the first place before flashing staff weapons before our eyes.

    I don't want them to commit to a deadline, just say yes one day you will have staffs.


    I honestly read it as - we'd love to add new weapons and the staff but it might never happen so don't get your hopes up its not a guaranty.-

    P.S One of the launch traillers said "other styles exist in the word of absolver" why was the plural used ? One other style is not
    "other styleSSSSSSS"

    I love the game and all the updates and content since, but its just this vibe that im not getting (or not gonna get) parts of what i thought i payed for is growing stronger and its bummer you know.

    Rumormill was that the bo staff was completed but it was super unbalanced, then the game launched and had lots of more important issues to be dealt with along with probably a plan to release certain additions like 3v3 and the like. My best straight up guess is that they simply haven't had time to re-work the bo staff given their small numbers.
