I can't play Absolver on the Steam

Greetings, i have a serious problewm with Absolver, i bought from the steam but, i can't play this game, always appeared the same message: Absolver-Win64-Shipping.exe - erro, the XINPUT1_3.dll not found, reinstall to solve the problem but, i reinstall again and the same problem continue, what should i do ???

    Hi Diegoribeiro,

    It seems that you have issue with DirectX. Try reinstalling it. It may be also helpful reinstalling Steam. Also don't forget to check file integrity after that.

    I reinstall Steam again and i still can't play Absolver, my DirectX is 12

    I already sent a email yesterday about this problem but, nobody answer me in my email about this
