Pitch black rocks and lightning in areas

Some areas don’t change time when entering and usually change only after you leave that area. Near guidance bridge and Hunter’s Grounds there is a pitch black rock.

    Would you be able to tell me if you're on PC or PS4? And do you have any pictures of the black rock? (It's totally fine if not.)

    Here's a picture of the black (untextured) rock. It's located in the Forgotten Temple, you'll see when you come in from the Hunting Path. I'm on PS4 but I believe everyone's experiencing it.
