No Response from slocap Support email?

Hello
I posted a discussion article here on the general support forum about my game crashing on pc.
I was told to email a slocap support email and I did exactly that.
I waited a week or so, and No response.
I got impatient so i copy pasted it and sent it again.
4 days later, and still no response

I can guess 2 possible situations here
1. They are ignoring me
2. They are helping another customer (they can still just respond back)
Pls help and tell me if i'm dumb and i'm missing something here.

  • I'm sorry to hear you still haven't received a response yet. Due to the amount of players affected by the launch issues, we've received a lot of support emails and are working as hard as possible to respond to them all. It will take us a while to get through them all so hang in there.

    I finally got a reply and i'm happy to report that i'm trying to fix the problem with a staff member
