Server wont connect

Hi,

I just bought the game and installed it to my ps4. When I launched it, I'm asked to press ( X ) to play. I press it and then it says 'Connecting' to server' for the longest time. It just wont connect to the game for me. Not sure what to do. On the top left of my screen, it says 'offline'. Not sure if that helps, but thats all.

Please help?

    So very sorry you are having this issue. We are working on getting that fixed. Thank you so much for bearing with us. Could you tell us when you started having this issue? How many times has this happened?

    I just bought the game and installed it last morning and wen i came back from work in the afternoon and tried to play it for the first time, it wouldn't connect. Like, it doesnt even reach the main menu. It just says 'connecting to server' and it stays that way the whole time.

    UPDATE-

    So I was able to make the game work by switching my internet off from the PS4. i can play offline, it just wont connect to online mode. I'll finally start the game now until the online issue is fixed <3 thanks again =)
