lost heal and shockwave abilities

Hello I am a PS4 player but I don't have time to set everything up and I wasn't sure of the quickest way to get a response so in the little bit of time I have before work I am posting here in hopes of a response. I played for about 4 hours last night on a character named Tenra and out of nowhere I lost both my heal and Shockwave abilities from the d-pad they simply just disappeared upon going to equipment to attempt to reslot them they are no longer there I can still equip the war Turtle gauntlets you get from the Lost Prospect but I have no heal and no Shockwave and as stated cannot Reslot them. Anybody else have abilities just straight-up go missing any help would be appreciated

    I too have lost some powers for my shards. I lost heal and the shield powers right after I got the absolver cloak. I unequiped them to try out some others and they just disappeared. Hope this gets fixed before it happens to some one else.

    Yeah I haven't played since last night except to check to see whether the powers came back after work. They didn't. Sadly I think I am just done with it until a patch comes out. I've thought about making a new character, as going forward without any ability to heal or any power other than the ability to equip a weapon just doesn't seem that fair in a PVP game but without at least some kind of guarantee that it wouldn't simply just happen again I don't really see the point.

    I just found out the Stagger school has the heal power as part of the school. So I got that back but as the school bonus. They also fixed a bit if the stability issues last night so that should help with the bug we are having. Give it a chance. The devs didn't think this game would be so popular.

    Yeah I know what you are saying like I said once a patch or two rolls out I will give it another shot. I really enjoy the game but I just don't have the time or the patience to try restarting another character when it might just happen again. Plus it kind of seems like it's a pretty prevalent issue there's posts very similar to this on almost every Forum steam general discussion forum has like 10 topics with this exact problem.

    This just happened to me, I lost two of my abilities...including healing. The game passed, I couldn't attack a guy standing but he was animated. The screen flickered and my abilities were gone.

    We're sorry to hear that you ran into this bug. We're actively investigating this issue and should have it resolved in an upcoming patch.

    As Zetsuboa mentioned, you can pick up some of the abilities again when learning a new school of fighting as a workaround until the issue is resolved.
