Preorder items?

I see people asking.... "Where are the preorder items?", but I see no answers. Curious, how do I obtain my preorder items?

    I dueled a played who had the items so I know they are in the game. I pre-ordered the game as well and am also curious as to how you get the items.

    I am not certain how it works myself, as I spent much time skimming through as much information as possible to find my pre-order items.

    I did eventually get them after logging in/out a couple times, so I am quite certain they are supposed to be automatically dropped in your inventory. Might have something to do with server problems?

    Ok, yes... When the servers were still up, I reset my game and the preorder items were in my inventory!... Thanks all!

    I must be the only person not to have these yet. I restarted the game, Steam, my computer, reinstalled the program, nada. Ordered on August 17th. Sadface.

    sad.... they appear in every inventory of any new character i make. submit ticket?

    It's a bit finicky I think. I have it on PC, and sometimes my preorder items are in my inventory, other times they disappear. When I had them equipped all the time in the beginning, sometimes I would log in and my character would just be completely naked. I'm not sure how they populate the inventory, but it must be stored in server data instead of a local inventory. Which would explain why you don't have a limit for your inventory.

    We're sorry to hear people are still running into an issue with this.

    While we did see issues with this last week, it was already resolved on our end. Please try restarting/updating Steam and making sure Absolver patched, then log in again.

    If it still doesn't work after that, contact Steam and let them know you're not receiving it still.
