Preordered the game on steam but didn't recieve the items

Apparently if you preordered the game, you were supposed to get Labyrinth Prospect Mask, Uring Priest Gear Set. I haven't gotten any of that this afternoon. Is it delayed because many people were on or maybe there's a procedure to getting it in the game?
