Skills Disappearing

So i was doing combat trials and all of a sudden i notice my skills were gone. After i finish my trial, i tried to reequip the skills Gravity and Heal but they werent there in my list and it just completely vanished. As if i never got the skills to begin with.

The developers are aware of this issue and are working to resolve it in an upcoming patch. Sorry for this trouble.

I have a sav file...that shows the skill (gravity) appearing/disappearing (unfortunately i didn't do manual backups before I lost shockwave... but learn to do so from it). When loading the sav you will only see one power/skill at the bottom (heal), but upon going to the equipment screen to change the powers there's a delay and gravity will appear prior to trying to alter it. Then when you attempt to re-add and/or change the skill to a alternative..gravity disappears. If I alt+f4 to close just prior to apply any changes by not hitting back etc. You can repeat the process by then re-loading the sav. This may help for debugging the issue. Is there somewhere I can send the file? Couldn't find any support e-mail.

NOTE: Side note just prior to this sav file was created the map in the guidance area had all the colors lit up (orange & red for marked ones etc. as if I hadn't done none of them), ...like it was in some glitched state. Afterwards though it never re-occurred when loading the actual sav but the skill appear/disappear does re-occur when re-loading sav.
