Hacker on PS4

Well, i found a german(probably) hacker on ps4, i kicked the shit out of him even with rubberbanding and after a few losses and rematches, he got mad and somehow paralyzed my character, i could still spam dodge, but i couldn't move using the L3, after that he won and left the game, i checked his profile but he wasn't a psplus member, and he has only 25 trophies and absolver is probably hidden in his trophy list, secondary account for sure...his nickname is JimmJons, i dont think banning him is going to do anything since he can just create another secondary account and do it again since he's using the game from a different account(primary)..

    This is not a hack, it's a bug. It happened to me numerous (well, 2 or 3) times fighting NPC's. I have not found what triggers it.
