Collar Chop inflicts too much recovery frames.

This move needs to be toned down, it's just objectively better than Spiral Palm for comparison but the amount of time you are locked in place unable to do anything other than keep blocking is insane.

Hoping a Balance patch comes soon that'll also fix Forsaken's lingering Parry frames, recovery, and nerfing Shockwave to a 2 cost ability at the very least.

And a little side thing is potentially to tweak the double hitting moves like Donkey slap and Double Fist Stretch's tracking in online play. They sometimes snap 50 degrees and when someone sequences them, specially against a Kahlt, it becomes a massive problem where you don't have any answer other than getting lucky they might not gold-link it.
