Gamepad problems - PC Steam

Hi

I'm using the Logitech Dual Action gamepad and I have a problem making it work with the game.
First of all it's not even recognized, none buttons work, even with x360ce.
When I turn the Steam Controller option on, then the right joystick doesn't work (every other button is ok).
As I could see a lot of people have this issue.

Could you please fix it?

I also have issues with my cheap and cheerful CSL Gamepad. This Pad isn't made for PS4, but is working fine with PS3 and also my PC. I'd really love to play your very joyful game the way it's meant to be, so please fix this quickly
