"Server Connection Failed" Error

In the past few days, I seem to not be able to get online, with the exception of one instance. Each time that I try to connect to the game in online mode, I get a "Server Connection Failed" error (snip of the error attached), and end up only being able to play offline. I have searched these forums, the Steam community forums, and have also done an extensive Google search. There have been no helpful results found as of yet, only talk of the issues with the Oceanic servers. I don't believe that this is an issue of lag, as I am based in the southeastern US. Last night, I was able to connect instantly by disabling Windows Firewall completely, but that is not working for me now. Below are some specs and things that I've attempted to try and resolve the issue:
- ~60Mbps connection / NIC drivers up to date
- Windows Firewall and all AV completely disabled
- When firewall was enabled, removed and re-added the inbound and outbound exceptions for "...\steamapps\common\Absolver\Absolver.exe" and "...\steamapps\common\Absolver\Absolver\Binaries\Win64\Absolver-Win64-Shipping.exe"
- Backed up all game files, uninstalled, verified that game files were deleted, rebooted PC, reinstalled the game.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. I know that many are already falling in love with your game, and I hope to be one of them.
