Timers on matches

Had a fight where a guy was just running around the arena with terrible connection. I don't mean hit and run or anything like that, no, he engaged once before running away again, running all around the arena until I finally left out of frustration. Not sure if a timer is necessary, but at least have it so that an opponent can't force another to leave by just running away from them. Some sort of 'conflict clock' which starts counting down from 15/20 if the player's haven't engaged with each other since?

    I usually start watching TV or whatever when someone starts doing this-- out of principle. I don't give them the satisfaction of an easy win, and you shouldn't either since that just rewards their behaviour.

    They usually get bored and start trying to fight, or simply disconnect.

    It would be cool if sprinting drained stamina during combat trials.
