One of my items suddenly looks like an Absolver Cloak

So, I was PvPing. After a match I got thrown to the beggining of the tutorial and couldn't get out of it. I reloged and the game ported me to Guidance Bridge, but my preorder shoulders now look like an Absolver Cloak. pls fix https://imgur.com/a/O4k5z
