CORRUPTED DATA LVL 60 CHARACTER, LVL 45 COMBAT TRIALS GONE

HI

I need my lvl 60, 45 Combat trials character back with all his gear and completed stagger school.

I either want a replacement or a fix for this issue.

    You probably need to show proof that you even had a character with those stats or explain what you think might have caused your save to get corrupted.

    Might want to send an e-mail to support_ps4@sloclap.com detailing everything you can, when the bug happened, what you were doing when it happened, etc.

    That'll be a good contribution towards finding the source of this bug and fixing it.

    As far as getting a replacement, that might be a little difficult.

    I don't know much about the details, but everything I've read on the subject suggests that PS4 save files have some pretty funky encryptions, which would make slapping together a new playerfile that'll actually function incredibly difficult.

    Might be out of luck, but I'm sure (if Sloclap is worth their salt) once they get everything sorted out they'll find some way to compensate players that have lost hours of time to this nasty corruption bug.

    Have patience, and in the meantime be sure to back up data you can't stand to lose to prevent stuff like this from happening again.

    Like... Not even just save files.

    Solid life advice-- make a backup copy of anything and everything you wouldn't want to disappear.
