Is it possible to get the Forest Dweller fur shoulders?

The shaggy fur shoulders the bad guy is wearing here. Can you get them in various colours like the enemies have? I need to know before I spend any more hours trying to win the RNG drop game.

    I got a couple of them from enemies around the Forgotten Temple.
