Game keeps crashing-PC

My game keeps crashing after I launch it. No screens pop up except the UE4 crash reporter. I have tried a bunch of things. Reinstalling, checking file integrity, updating directx & c++, and restarted my computer numerous times.

PC Specs
windows 10
Intel i-5 M-430 (It is plenty good enough)
4G Ram (3.86 Usable?)
64-bit

Please Help. I don't want my precious money going down the drain :(
