Only New Game available after system crash.

I had to do a hard restart while in-game, and when I started up Absolver after, my only option is New Game, as if it were a fresh install.

I can't connect to the server, and this happens after denying reconnect.

I'm panicking a bit, because this is looking like 11 hours of lost progress.

    I had the exact same thing happen. For me though, I could connect and created a new save. Sadly nothing I did restored the save. I could see the char name save file in the app data folder but it seemed to be corrupt. I only lost an hour, but it makes me nervous to keep playing.
