VAC ban after several hours of matches, recorded, can someone do this remotely?

Title. I was playing for about 3 hours and suddenly got "VAC disconnect, server not trusted". I have played this game for literally thousand(S) of hours, what the heck? Mid game? Did someone get salty or is it on my end?

    This. It happened mid session. Let me know if I should upload that footage, because I cannot play this game. I very much am glad I have a PS4 to play on but for real, please help?

    Also, it would probably help to include that this problem is on PC, not PS4, I made that confusing.
