First time setup (steam)
I have tried to start this game several times. Every time I do it starts the "first time setup" on steam and just sits there. I tried re-installing the "Microsoft VC++ Redistributable 2015 x86" which was recommended for the issue on a different game. I've tried starting steam as an admin. I've tried a fresh install. Every time it just hangs. I've left it go for about an hour.
Everytime I do it my Disk shoots to 33% even though nothing says it's using any if I sort by usage. On top of this once I finally "cancel" the attempt my internet is just done and I need to restart my PC.
