Xbox: Lost my emerald character.

I do not have my emerald character nor back up character on my account anymore. The game could pull the clouds sync data. I never received an error message or anything stating the data was corrupted nor unsuccessful in loading the profile. When I restart my xbox I basically had to start a new game. I put in over 900+ hrs into this game and racked up around 2.4k members in my school. Like is there anyway to restore those profiles?

    It appears development for this game has been abandoned, along with any sense of customer support. The fact that this is even a possibility for any company is bewildering to me.
